From Roanoke and US 220 north of Rocky Mount, travel south on US 220 and take the second exit for Rocky Mount, Virginia Route 40 West. Go past Franklin County High School to the National Guard Armory on your left. The Lifestyle Health Center is on your left just across the street from the Armory.
From Martinsville and US 220 south of Rocky Mount, travel north on US 220 and take the second exit for Rocky Mount, Virginia Route 40 West. Then follow the instructions above.
From the east, travel west/south on Virginia Routes 122 or 40 and continue east on Route 40 past the US 220 overpass. Then follow the instructions above.
From Ferrum and places west of Rocky Mount, travel east on Virginia Route 40 through the town of Rocky Mount. Continue past Main Street on Route 40 (Pell Avenue) past the large MW plant on your left and turn right on Donald Avenue. Continue on Donald to the intersection with Tanyard Road, next to the DMV offices on your right. The Lifestyle Health Center is just across Tanyard on your left.
